How do I change my preferred bank account?

The preferred bank account is the one used for monthly recurring automatic payments. To change this, click "Modify Monthly Payments" and select the desired bank account from the dropdown menu. 

Only verified bank accounts will appear in the dropdown menu, and you can always add additional bank accounts by clicking "Add bank account".

Please remember that you must maintain an active BankMobile/Customers Bank account to be eligible for the Payback Reward. By changing the preferred bank account to a non BankMobile/Customers Bank account, you will no longer be using one of the methods available to keep your BankMobile/Customers Bank account active. 

For BankMobile Vibe accounts, an account is considered inactive after 150 days without a customer initiated transaction.  For Customers Bank accounts, an account is considered inactive after one year without activity.
