To find out why we were unable to offer you a loan at this time, you can log into BankMobile.Upstart.com and check your Message Box (in the top right-hand corner). You will find an Adverse Action Notice detailing the reason for rejection, as well as information about your credit history on the date of your application.
Unfortunately, we cannot make individual exceptions to our eligibility requirements or minimum credit requirements. If your situation changes in the future, you are welcome to reapply after at least 30 days. You can do so by creating a new account using a different email address and completing the application again.
