If there are any mistakes in these factors, we may not be able to get your credit information. Please make sure that there are no spelling mistakes or other errors for these entries. We will also not be able to retrieve a credit report if you have placed a freeze on your credit report. If you currently have your credit frozen, you can contact the credit bureaus directly to unfreeze it.
